The problem
Pricing lived in multiple places and drifted out of sync. The public site needed to sell memberships and answer common questions without adding staff workload.
What I built
- A Next.js + Sanity rebuild of the public site.
- NeuMed OS wired in as the single pricing source of truth, so the website always reflects real prices.
- Stripe checkout for memberships.
- "Neumie", an AI chatbot to answer common questions.
Outcome
A marketing site that sells and stays in sync with operations — no more manual price updates across pages.
