I run local businesses — and build the software they run on
Most developers have never counted a cash drawer or planned a franchise rollout. I do that work, so the tools I build actually fit how a business operates.
I'm Adam Yera, based in Houston. I run operations for a multi-location healthcare company, I'm launching my own service business, and I ship production software and websites for local businesses around the city.
As CTO of NeuMed Modern Urgent Care + IV Therapy, I run operations across five Houston-area locations and build the internal tools that keep them running — from the executive dashboard on the office wall to the pricing API behind the website.
I'm also the founder of Cuutters, a hospitality-driven men's grooming concept launching in Greater Houston. I built its entire operating system — booking, in-person payments, loyalty, inventory, payroll, and a franchise-ready HQ dashboard.
That combination is the whole point. I understand the operation before I write the code, so local business owners get tools built around how their business actually works — from someone who speaks their language.
Outside of work, I'm a husband and father of three. I'm building a business and a family in the same city as my clients — which is exactly why I take the work personally.
