The problem
Leadership of a 5-location urgent care network had no single, trustworthy view of what was happening right now across the clinics. Numbers lived in different systems and were defined differently depending on who you asked.
What I built
An always-on command center designed to live on a wall-mounted TV in executive offices:
- Live Clinic Census per location (waiting / in-exam / infusing) measured against room and chair capacity.
- 11 canonically defined metrics, including net collected revenue and PI / Workers' Comp case tracking — one definition everyone agrees on.
- Part of NeuMed OS, an internal operations platform that also powers membership, a pricing API, and other dashboards.
Secure architecture
A Supabase edge function proxied through Vercel serverless routes, with signed HttpOnly session cookies — so the TV dashboard is always on without exposing credentials in the browser.
All screenshots use demo or blurred data. No patient information is shown.
Outcome
Executives walk past a screen and immediately know how every clinic is running — with metrics that mean the same thing to everyone.
